1. Overview
Coffee & Capital is a private speaker series offering live talks and digital resources for individuals interested in finance careers. Access is provided via paid membership plans. This service is operated by Coffee and Capital, referred to here as “we,” “us,” or “Coffee and Capital.”


2. Membership & Access
Members gain access to live talks, recordings, and community resources depending on their subscription plan.
Single-session passes grant access to one live talk only and do not include community or replay access.
Access to our Discord community is limited to active full members.
We reserve the right to remove users who violate our community guidelines or terms of conduct.


3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Memberships are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time purchase depending on the plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.


4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content shared via live talks, recordings, resources, and Discord is the intellectual property of Coffee and Capital or its guest speakers.
Redistribution, recording, or public sharing of our sessions or materials is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform and potential legal action.


5. Speaker Sessions & Recordings
While we aim to provide weekly speaker sessions, dates and speakers are subject to change.
We do not guarantee specific speaker appearances or replay availability.
Recordings are made available at our discretion and may be removed or updated without notice.


6. Community Conduct
All members must behave respectfully within our community spaces (e.g. Discord, events).
Harassment, spam, or any discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal.
We reserve the right to moderate content and remove users who violate these terms.


7. Disclaimers
The information provided in our talks and resources is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
Coffee and Capital makes no guarantees regarding job placement, interview outcomes, or career progression.
We are not affiliated with any financial institutions unless explicitly stated.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee and Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of earnings, or missed opportunities.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
